Jack Drewe is an Oxford based landscape gardener who started a landscaping and maintenance business in 2012, offering a wide range of garden services spanning from mowing residential lawns to commercial landscaping contracts.

Getting online from the get go

From the get go Jack decided that his business needed an online presence and set himself up with a website (www.jdrewelandscaping.co.uk) where he could showcase testimonials, examples of his work and an all-important contact page.

Now his website also features an area where customers can browse all the services offered and read about the business’ story.

“Business grew significantly as a result of the inbound requests coming through the website”

The team has since expanded to 10 members of staff. Starting just initially serving the Didcot and South Oxfordshire area, J.Drewe Landscaping & Maintenance also now serves a much wider area of Oxfordshire, including the market towns of Abingdon, Wantage, Wallingford, Henley and the villages in between.

In the last couple of years Jack has also began to get his foot in the Oxford area and is often working in Berkshire and Wiltshire too.

Showcasing membership status

Jack has also used his website to proudly display his membership status with a range of online trade directories to showcase his credibility and reputation, such as being a Which trusted trader and member of popular checkatrade.com.

Having a website has certainly helped Jack grow his landscaping business, from allowing people to find testimonials and a portfolio of work to contacting him via an easy contact form or his .co.uk email address – in fact Jack claims his business grew an impressive 75% as a result of setting up online.
